One Piece Aluminium Induction Sealing Liners

Description

One-piece induction seal consists of all layers (Aluminium Foil, Heat Seal Polymer Film and a 0.20-0.30 mm Paper Board or Foam backing) fused together into one layer that has to be completely removed from a container when the cap is first opened and it does not leave any material in the Cap after sealing.

• Made from aluminum foil bonded with thin paper or EPE
• Used for sealing HDPE, PET, PP, PVC, and glass containers
• Bonds entirely to the bottle leaving the cap empty
• Available in plain, random printed, centralised printed, holographic, and with single or multiple pull tab variants
• Thickness ranges from 0.20 to 0.40 mm with 20, 30, or 40 micron aluminum foil
• Backing made of Artcard paper or EPE
• Supplied as precut discs or rolls with welded or peelable sealing options
