Description

Two Piece Induction seals have an Aluminium layer (which consists of Aluminium Foil laminated to a Heat Seal Polymer Film) and the Backing layer (which is the Paper Board or Foam).These two layers bond to one another with wax. When this Liner is passed under an induction heat coil, the two layers separate and the Aluminium layer seals to the container neck and the Backing layer is left in the container cap after opening to increase protection from leakage even after the container is opened.

Made from aluminum foil with paperboard or EPE backing
Used for sealing HDPE, PET, PP, PVC, and glass containers
Consists of two parts: aluminum foil that bonds to the container and paperboard or EPE Foam that stays in the cap as a secondary seal
Available in plain, random printed, centralised printed, embossed, holographic decoration.
