Description

Our Wadding Machines for Fixing Liners in Closures are designed for seamless integration into packaging lines, automating the insertion of liners into plastic caps. Caps are fed through a hopper and indexed at fixed points. Liners are automatically picked by vacuum and placed onto the caps before being securely pressed in place. The machine counts and discharges finished caps and is compatible with various cap and liner types using change parts. Available with or without a hot gluing system, it supports one-piece, two-piece, and EPE liners in both roll and pre-cut forms.

• Automatic WaterfallType Cap Sorting & Orienting hopper for continuous operation.
• Star Wheel to Position and indexe each cap accurately for liner placement.
• Liner Feed Chute (for liners in Tubes) or Vibratory Feeder (for loose packed EPE Liners) to Guides and feeds liners smoothly to avoid jamming or misfeed.
• Vacuum Pick & Place System to place liners correctly inside each cap.
• Equipped with various sensors to detect Cap and Liner level, count Caps and check correct placement of Liners in Caps.
• Rejection system to auto rejects Caps without Liners.
• Hot Glue System also can be offered for fixing of liners with glue if required.
• Suitable for inserting onepiece, twopiece, and EPE liners in precut or roll form.
• Speed Options - works at 60 or 120 caps per minute with single head and 120 or 240 caps per minute with double head.
